Abstract

Judgement on politicians and parties on the occasion of the state parliament election in the Saarland. Topics: Besides the parts identical to ZA Study Nos. 0865 and 0866 the following questions were addressed: preference of factual programs or politicians; voting intent in the state parliament election 1975; priority of Federal or state political points of view in personal voting decision; attitude to base contract with the GDR and criticism of the conduct of negotiations by the government; evaluation of state parties regarding the representation of interests regarding the federal government; preferred federal chancellor; preference for price stability or job security; media usage; assessment of the party sympathy of the local newspapers. Demography: age; sex; marital status; religious denomination; religiousness; school education; occupation; employment; household income; size of household; composition of household; head of household; self-assessment of social class; membership. Interviewer rating: willingness of respondent to cooperate; number of contact attempts; length of interview; type of city.
