Abstract
Situation of employees in the social and wage area, in the area of
human relations, in attitude to the company, to the workplace and to
the company environment as well as to economic questions of the
company.
Topics: 1. Common part of questionnaire: judgement on wage fairness in
the company; criteria used to establish wages and salaries; interest in
company shares and judgement on recommendations for capital
accumulation in the hands of the employees; time worked each week and
overtime; shift work; preference for reduction in working hours or
lengthing vacation; number of sick days; knowledge about the form of
enterprise and company owner; length of company employment; personal
position in the company; company size; leisure activity; party
preference; commuting times to work and means of transport used;
religiousness.
2. Questionnaire form A: judgement on company organization and one´s
