Abstract
The purpose of this study is to gather the data about current situation on the field of human resource management in Slovenia from international comparative perspective. The data allow comparison with the countries of EU and 3 transition countries. Research was coordinated trough Cranfield network (CRANET) by Cranfield University, Scholl of Management. The data offers the possibility of benchmarking human resources management in Slovenia.
