polytechnical instruction, work and interest groups, media,
advertising of companies, center for occupation advice; work values
(scale); significance of modern technology in training (scale); shift
work or willingness to work in shift work; relations in seminar group
and in work collective; just treatment in the technical college,
family and public; role of the FDJ; free expression of opinion in the
technical college; preparation of school for studies; school
knowledge as solid basis for vocational training; difficulties in
transition into training; positive and negative memories of school;
relationship of personal experiences and knowledge provided;
influence of science and technology on one's own employment;
every-day values such as work, money, harmonic family life,
achievement, obedience, knowledge, good relations, political
