Abstract

The project investigates how music education programmes are organised in rural areas in the context of schools, but also by extracurricular clubs and music schools. Sampling procedure

Non-probability: Availability
Sample of individuals: Random selection from the overall survey of all schools in the Harz region. Since the selection is ultimately not completely random, as the probability of being included in the sample is not the same for all schools or individuals, this is a non-probability sample with self-selection (voluntary participation of schools and students). This may limit the generalisability of the results to the overall population.
