Judgement on parties and politicians. Current political questions.
Topics: most important problems of the state; intent to participate in
the coming state parliament election; party preference (rank order and
list procedure); party inclination and party identification; election
participation in the last state parliament election; sympathy scale for
the parties at federal and state level as well as for the top
politicians in the state; satisfaction with the state government, the
opposition and the Federal Government in Bonn; preferred coalitions;
preference for prime minister; judgement on the economic situation in
the state and in comparison with the entire Federal Republic; expected
changes in the economic situation in the state; problem-solving ability
of an SPD or CDU state government in questions of the economy,
environmental protection, the job market and the housing market as well
as personal satisfaction with the current situation in these areas; job
security; attitude to unification of the two German nations; expected
advantages or disadvantages of this unification for the state;
evaluation of the 1:1 exchange rate of East Mark in DM; city size;
