Abstract

This Mikrozensus special survey with the title “change of residence collects information on the following topics (there is no, or not enough data on these topics): -> a migration-biography of the last 20 years including the main reason for the change of residence for every interviewee; thereby, information on settlement structural trends is gained -> the course of education of each interviewee and the parents’ level of education; these questions gather information on the topics education and migration as well as on the school- and high school attendance of children in connection with their social background -> the current job location; thereby, connecting factors outside the place of residence for the migration-biography and a possibly intended change of residence can be evaluated
