Attitudes and expectations of young people on their deployment on the natural gas route in the Soviet Union, occupational training. Topics: Trip to the Soviet Union and reason for the trip; reasons for the decision to work on the natural gas route (scale); pride at participation in construction of the natural gas route; motive for application; valuation of the decision for the deployment by other persons (scale); expectations of new demands in work (scale); willingness to accept management functions; importance of extent to which informed, social contacts, leisure time, questions of world view under the conditions constructing the route; significance of selected working and living conditions such as meals, consumption, extent to which informed about GDR, sport, social contacts (scale); degree of extent to which informed about conditions on the route; expected difficulties in individual areas such as friendship, sexuality, work demands, occupational perspective (scale); length of stay on the route; length of employment; identity of occupation learned and current activity; character of partner relation; number of children; additional training for deployment on the route; personal and desired possession of durable consumer goods; personal housing; average net income; experienced activity on outdoor assembly; delegating company; membership in the FDJ.
