Topics: political interest; intent to participate in the election for Federal Parliament; party preference (ballot procedure as well as rank order procedure); behavior at the polls in the last Federal Parliament election; sympathy scale for the parties and leading politicians; satisfaction with government and opposition; attitude to an absolute majority for one party; preferred government coalition; issue relevance and issue competence of the parties or possible coalitions; assumed differences of opinion within the government coalition between CDU/CSU and FDP regarding these issues; preferred conduct of SPD or Greens in view of formation of a government; assumed winner of the Federal Parliament election; satisfaction with the political system; judgement on the role of the FDP in the government coalition; attitude to making abortion easier, a change in the right to asylum, abandoning nuclear energy, equally good relations with the USA and the Soviet Union as well as to combating unemployment with government employment programs (scale); assumed attitude of the parties to these questions (scales); classification of the parties and self-classification on a left-right continuum; desired social-political right to a say for the churches or the trade unions (scales); feeling of being represented by a party; ideas about current society (scale); attitude to different statements of willingness to form a coalition by the FDP at federal or state level; attitude to nuclear power plants; preferred time interval for shut-down of nuclear power plants; assumed probability of a nuclear accident in a German nuclear power plant; social mobility.
