Study title

This project aims to map out and evaluate the cooperation between after school programs and voluntary organizations. The project was initiated by Fellessekretariatet for after school programs in Ministry of Church Affairs, Education and Research. A questionnaire was sent to a selection of school and cultural government departments in the municipalities, as well as to primary schools that had established an after school program. Information was gathered about the distribution of goals and content in the cooperation between the voluntary organizations and the after school programs, and assessments of this cooperation. NSD has prepared data from the survey part of the project. Data from interviews with employees in after school programs, students, instructors, and other actors in voluntary organizations on a local level can not be made available.
