Abstract

The NOKUT National Student Survey for university and college students has been conducted every year since 2013 and has established itself as an important national survey. In 2017, NOKUT was commissioned by the Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research to conduct a similar student survey among vocational school students. The purpose is to give educational institutions, students, higher education applicants, the government and other stakeholders information about educational quality in the vocational education sector. The NOKUT National Student Survey for vocational school students covers student surveys of all tertiary educations, which means education based on upper secondary level. The survey contains questions on the students' opinions on the quality of the study programmes at Norwegian vocational schools. In addition, this study asked questions about the corona pandemic. The survey was conducted for the third time in April/May 2020. This file contains no personal background variables. However, all data on study programmes and institutions are included. The file would be suitable for analyses of study programmes.
