On compatibility of employment and motherhood in the work sphere, in child care and in a partnership. Topics: Description of one's own occupational activity and that of partner: activity exercised, occupational qualification, school degree, course of time of occupational training, social classification; frequency of participation in company courses; comparison of training occupation with activity exercised; use of knowledge from training; reasons for lack of agreement between activity and training occupation; characteristics of employment; personal net income and that of partner; current and earlier government management functions of respondent and partner; readiness to accept a government management function and reasons for or against; honorary social activity and time burden from this; chronological sequence of exercised functions; participation in training and further education and reasons for this; priority for personal occupational development or that of partner; work of respondent or partner in shift work; reasons for preference for part-time work by women; personal changes from rationalization measures; readiness for further education, positions of responsibility, shift work, innovator activity, independent work and higher performances as a result of increased demands from rationalization measures; acceptance of changed working conditions as a result of change of job; reasons for particular arrangements of working hours for women and their consequences; differences in professional life of men and women regarding conflicts in occupational career, qualification, social and government functions, income, working hours, all-round education; differences in time expenditure of men and women for children, housework, leisure time; decision-maker in questions of housekeeping, raising children, organization of leisure time and with larger financial expenditures; time expended for the route to work and means of transport used; current...
