Disproportionate, regionally stratified random sample from the ADM selection frame for landline and mobile phone numbers based on the 401 counties and independent cities; N=5,585; Since the regional distribution of the mobile phone sample cannot be controlled in advance, only mobile phone numbers were used at the beginning of the field period. Depending on the number of mobile phone interviews achieved per county, the regional fine-tuning was then carried out using landline interviews.
