Job situation, occupational satisfaction and mobility as factors in interest of working people in a change of job to a business to be newly established in Oestringen. Topics: General contentment with life; satisfaction with economic situation, job, housing conditions and income; local residency; preferred company size for one´s own job; length of company employment; social services received; work satisfaction; working hours and side job; distance from job; means of transport used and monthly travel costs; attitude to a change of job even with shift work and Sunday work; assumed reaction of neighbors to a personal change of job; wage system; special bonuses; amount of hourly wage; membership in a trade union; religious ties.
