Abstract

Leadership of learning is a study of how different levels of management and leadership in the daycare sector facilitate a daycare offer focused on children's learning. This project is based on Norwegian kindergarten policy placing greater emphasis on kindergarten as a learning arena for children and asked how different levels of management and leadership in the sector implement this. Kindergarten leaders, owners, the municipality and state authorities are all important in this respect.
