Recording typical forms and courses of personality development of GDR-youth in the 70's as well as their significant determinants. Topics: attitude to chosen occupation; reputation of the occupation in public, reasons; attitudes to economical use of material, discipline at work, fulfilling the norm, quality work etc.; life goals, value orientations; factors of stimulus at work; characteristics of activity exercised; job satisfaction; sense of well-being, recognition in work brigade, sense of responsibility; ability to achieve; attitude to FDJ work at work, MMM/innovator movement; self-assessment regarding work performance; realization of work morale normatives; occupational plans - remaining in occupation and company, change; number of jobs up to now; use of forms of further education and qualification; attitude to path of occupation and training; facultative scientific-technical commitment while in school; desire for school with higher demands; highest school degree, final grades in selected subjects; political information practices; preferred mass medium; frequency of use of publications, radio and TV broadcasts, differentiating content; choice of radio and TV station; attitude to life decisions up to now; pride in FDJ membership; participation, interest in various forms of social-political life; military service, soldier for a fixed time; ideological value orientations - identification with the GDR, socialism, communism, protection of the socialist state, the ethic values of socialism; condemning the capitalist social system, the imperialist order in the FRG, image of the enemy; interest in political events; proud citizen; world view, attitude to religiousness of young people, reconciliation of religious activity and progressive views; judgement on one's own socialist class stand, one's own social activity; Life goals and life planning: willingness to fulfill social duty, experience and pleasure in structuring material life, future work, relations to...
