Students in their first or second study year in six upper secondary vocational schools in the Helsinki Metropolitan area, Finland
Excludes: classes for students with severe physical and mental disabilities or with insufficient skills in the Finnish language, classes that had lessons only on one day a week or less often, and students for whom body composition measurements could not have been made (e.g. due to a cardiac pacemaker)
