Abstract

The objective of Biosmart was to study the conditions and hindrances within the bio-economic sectors for a transition towards a low-emission society. The project consist of several work packages. In this package, data was collected concerning actors, resources, technology and institutions in order to describe four examples on changes in the bio-economy. Therefore, key informants within relevant firms, organizations and institutions were identified and interviewed.
