The learning conditions of Egyptian students in the FRG. Topics: Satisfaction with education up to now in the FRG; contacts with Germans; attitude to the FRG and the western way of life; media usage; sources of information about occurrences in native country and evaluation of the reliability of various sources; judgement on the model character of various countries for the development of one´s own country; attitude to the UN, various countries and economic aid; ideas about social changes in Egypt; judgement on social differences, social expenditures, taxes, development of the standard of living, freedom of speech, influence of religion and one´s own occupational future in native country; attitude to equal rights for woman and man at work; attitude to socialism and the multi-party system; reference groups; criteria for selection of city of study abroad; degree sought; length of stay in the FRG; preferred country after end of studies; social origins.
