Questions about health. Questions about medications, smoking, alcohol and drug consumption.Topics: 1. Questions on health: Self-assessment of the state of health and psychological well-being; frequency of nervousness, hopelessness, restlessness, feeling of despondence, overexertion and worthlessness in the last month; detailed indication of chronic diseases.
2.
