Abstract

Network governance, cooperative ventures between state and non-state actors to solve difficult political issues, has been described as an ever increasing phenomenon in politics worldwide. To what extent is network governance an active mode of governance in Russia? This project looks at state/non-state actors' interplay in the spheres of migration and integration, HIV and drug addiction, and child welfare. The project ran from May 2012 to August 2016, and was funded by the NORRUSS programme of the Research Council of Norway.
