This survey was undertaken in order to analyse the results of the follow-up after three months of TOPS trainees and to identify the factors that determine the probability of finding employment and/or the probability that a trainee will be using his or her newly acquired skill. Additional data were collected on a subsample of these trainees at six and twelve months, but these data are not included here.
Main Topics:
Type of training, age, previous occupation, marital status, education, health, employment history, family circumstances, type of training establishment, employment status three months after completion of training, whether training has been used in past three months, whether training is currently being used.
