Abstract
The intention of this project was to map the working environment and well-being of the employees in “Norwegian Contractors”, and look into circumstances of importance for the company productivity and then to give the management suggestions on actions which should be made to improve the working conditions. The project contained a questionnaire among the 546 employees.
