Abstract

Political attitudes and everyday life at school for upper level schoolchildren. Topics: scales on the following topic areas: climate at school; student co-administration (SMV); attitude to political activities; image of left and right political groupings; image of society; social inequality; possibilities for political action; attitudes to government measures; achievement and competition; presence of politically active groups in the school and their influence on happenings in school; preferred political student group; self-assessment on a left-right continuum; desired contents of student newspaper; most important problem areas for the SMV. Demography: age (classified); sex; political interest; party preference; memberships in school and extra-school groups or organizations; school class and school type currently attended; grades on the last annual report card; school education of father; area of business of company at which father is or was employed; current or last occupational position of father; city size; size of school city; interest in studies and reasons for lack of interest.
