Abstract
On comission from Televerkets research insititute, Statistics Norway carried out surveys researching the population of Jevnaker's media usage in 1983, 1985 and 1987. Televerket chose Jevnaker municipality for a trial run of new cabel technology and information and telecom services. The aim was to gather information on the Jevnaker population interest in cabel services, and to gather information about the populations media usage in addition to how they spend their free time.
