Telephone interviews with the CEO of businesses with ten or more employees about the company's use of labor from the new EU countries. The survey was conducted by Respons Analyse from January 26th to April 4th, 2009 for three industries: construction, selected industry sectors and hotels and restaurants

Managers in businesses with ten or more employees in three sectos: construction, selected industry sectors and hotels and restaurants. The sample is taken from Dun & Badstreets' registry of companies in Norway, which is based on Brønnøysundregistrene. In addition to the main businesses the registry also includes departments. These are included in this study. The extract is based on NACE codes (Standard Industrial Classification): - Construction industry (NACE 45) Selected industry groups: - Food products (NACE 15) - Manufacture of fabricated metal products except machinery and equipment (NACE 28) - Manufacture of machinery and equipment (NACE 29) - Manufacture of electrical and optical equipment (NACE 30,31,32 and 33) - Manufacture of transport equipment (NACE 34.2 to 34.30 and 35) - Production of furniture and other manufacturing (NACE 36) - Hotels and restaurants (NACE 55)
