Study title

SSB's survey "ICT Usage in Households, 2020" covers areas such as internet access in households and use of internet among individuals. The statistics are based on a survey on e-commerce, digital skills, use of public authorities' websites, as well as online activities such as the use of online banking, social media, online newspapers and the like. The statistics cover many aspects of private individuals' use of ICT; access to ICT, the use of ICT and the scope of electronic commerce. Topics such as knowledge and activities on the Internet are also touched upon. The survey was first conducted in the spring of 2003.
