Abstract

Views and Use of Reformed Social and Health Services 2015 survey studied the attitudes of people living in Finland towards health and social services. The aim of the study was to gather information about users of health and social services and their experiences with the said services. The survey charted the respondents' trust in social and health services, customer-orientated approach of the services, information about health and social services on the Internet, experiences with health services, the respondent's health, occupational health care, use of social services, and the costs of health and social services. This was followed by questions charting the respondent's last visit to a doctor. Next, the respondents' use and experiences with social services in the last 12 months were charted. Experiences regarding the price, availability and sufficiency of the services were studied as well as experiences with social...
