Conditions of training and information of lawyers in the areas of
communal law.
Topics: Year of admission to the bar; name of affiliated professional
association of lawyers; number of office employees; specialization and
area of activity; university at which respondent was trained. Questions
on communal law: daily reference to communal law; most important
reasons for or against utilization of communal law; difficulties in
appeal to communal law and most important reasons; self-assessment of
knowledge of communal law; opportunities used for further education in
communal law. Training in the area of communal law: length, type, point
in time and evaluation of basic training in communal law during
college; judgement on the current study offerings as appropriate
training component for jurists; personal participation in measures for
further education on communal law; most important reasons for or
against participation in further education; most important points of
criticism; current interest in further education events in communal
law; temporal and content preferences for such further education
events; judgement on the activities of the professional association of
