Abstract
Goal of this survey was to find out standpoints of interviewees about social situation of workers in last years in comparison to situation before independence; opinion about preparation of new law about employment relationship, which include obligation because of ones behavior, insufficient knowledge or capability (possibility of dismissal from employment because of personal reasons).
