Attitude to the EU and new technologies.
Topics: General judgement on membership of the country in the EU;
advantageousness of membership of the country in the EU; satisfaction
with democracy in the EU; knowledge about the government conference of
heads of government scheduled for 1996; attitude to support of the
European television and film industry through increased broadcast of
European products in the media; knowledge about the terms ´information
highway´ (Datenautobahn) as well as ´information society´; expected
effects of the new information and communication technologies on the
working world and displacing of jobs into work at home; bank or check
card as indicator of the existence of the information society; expected
utility of new technologies for contact with doctors, schooling at
home, as traffic management system through a computer in the car and
e.g. as guided tour through a museum; readiness to pay for these
services; expected influence of new services on improvement in quality
of life and the feeling of soliarity of a society; increased personal
