Travel behaviour in 2013. Travel plans for 2014.Topics: number of travels for professional or personal reasons in 2013; types of holiday for personal travels in 2013 (holidays with more than 13 consecutive nights away, between 4 and 13 nights or short stay trips); frequency of personal travels in 2013 with at least four nights in selected accommodation (e.g. paid accommodation with less or more than 20 guests, own property, at friends or relatives, on a camping site); main reasons why the respondent did not go on holiday in 2013; destination of the main holiday and other holidays in 2013; main reasons for going on holiday in 2013; types of holiday: frequency of all-inclusive holidays, other types of package travel, and tourism services purchased separately in 2013; booking methods; reasons for going back to the same place for a holiday; satisfaction with selected holiday aspects (the quality and the safety of the accommodation and the activities and services available, the nature features, general level of prices, how tourists are welcomed, accessible facilities for people with special needs); experience with safety issues while using paid accommodation during the main holiday in 2013 (e.g. slip, food poisoning, swimming pool incident, etc.); registered a formal complaint about any service provided during the holiday in 2013; services for which the respondent has registered a formal complaint (accommodation, transport, restaurants, leisure activities); most important source of information for decisions about travel plans; travel plans: planned types of holidays for 2014 (holidays with more than 13 consecutive nights away, between 4 and 13 nights or short stay trips); destination of the planned main holiday and other holidays in 2014; impact of the current economic situation on the personal travel plans for 2014.
