Judgement on parties and politicians in Rhineland-Palatinate. Attitude to current political questions at state level. Topics: eligibility to vote in the state; city size; most important political problems in Rhineland-Palatinate; intent to participate in the state election; preference for absentee ballot; point in time and certainty of one´s voting decision; behavior at the polls in the last state parliament election; coalition preference; sympathy scale for selected parties at federal and state level as well as for selected top politicians of the state; satisfaction with achievements of the SPD-FDP state government, the CDU as well as the Greens as opposition in the state parliament; knowledge about the top candidates of the CDU and SPD for the office of prime minister; party preference in the state; interest in politics; preference for prime minister; judgement on the credibility, energy, sympathy, sense of responsibility and expertise of Kurt Beck in comparison to Johannes Gerster; judgement on the economic situation of the state as well as one´s own economic situation; comparison of the economic situation of the state with the rest of the western federal territory; most able party in the areas economy, job creation, environmental protection and coping with the future; evaluation of achievements of the prime minister up to now; expected winner of the state parliament election; expected election result for the FDP; knowledge about the importance of the second vote; living together with a partner; assessment of personal job security; jeopardy to job and unemployment in close circle of friends; union membership; religiousness; party inclination; party identification.
