Topics: right to vacation (scale); frequency of vacation and destinations of main vacation trips in the last few years; detailed information on all vacation trips of more than five days in 1995, such as e.g. vacation date, trip destination, form of organization, means of transport used, type of accomodation, motives for vacation and activities, accomodation size and travel companion; frequency of travel to selected countries in Europe, overseas as well as in Germany during the last few years and probability of a future trip to this vacation area; interest in selected forms of vacation; probability of a vacation trip in the current year and status of planning; frequency of short vacation trips in the previous year; car possession. Demography: sex; age (in years); marital status; head of household; school education; employment; occupation; household size; composition of household; household income; personal income.
