residential area and attitude to these changes.

earlier part of town; reasons for and against influx into the current
part of town; intent to move, reasons for leaving and activities for
house-hunting; general impression of part of town in comparison over
time; number of tenants in the building; age and social structure of
tenants as well as perceived changes in the last two years in the
building and the residential area; attitude to these changes; assumed
personal consequences from an increasing proportion of students and
groups sharing a residence or of well-payed people in the part of town;
