Abstract
Data (N=493; respondent rate: 11,5%; p > 95%) are indicating that the migration of Russian academics is influenced by their socialization. Migration patterns of Russian academics’ derived from empirical web surveys of those who sought to migrate to Germany between 2001 and 2006.
