Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore problems of the independent innovators which are also at the international level relatively little studied. Information were gathered by personal interviews with individual innovators and by focus group where, besides innovators, also representatives of some important state institutions which are responsible or have influence on national innovatory system and development strategies collaborated.
