This project comprised public opinion research, conducted by ICM Research on behalf of the Electoral Commission, to measure and explore public attitudes toward the European Parliament and Local Authority elections that were taking place across the UK on June 10th, 2004. It also explored attitudes toward the all-postal arrangements for voting.
