Abstract

The aim of this research was examine the influence of information and communication technologies on organizational learning and organizational performance and also to present and test a model of organizational performance improvement based on the impact of organizational learning culture (OLC). The elements of an organizational learning process that were used are information acquisition, information interpretation, and behavioral and cognitive changes. Within the competing values framework OLC covers some aspects of all four different types of cultures: group, developmental, hierarchical, and rational. For this purpose data from 187 Slovenian enterprises employing more than 50 people were used.The aim of this research was examine the influence of information and communication technologies on organizational learning and organizational performance and also to present and test a model of organizational performance improvement based on the impact of organizational learning culture (OLC).
