The objective of this study was to discover the political and social background of the Russian banking elite, and their attitude to economic and political issues.

There were two sets of respondents to the study - bankers and politicians in the economic sphere in Russia. For the bankers and politicians, the data covers orientations to politics and social characteristics; for bankers only, data on financial companies are also included.
