Omnibus survey from the area of market research and judgement on the
situation in Berlin.
Topics: Price development; income development; attitude to advertising
and the prohibition of cigarette advertising; smoking and cancer (Terry
report); consumption of semi-luxury foods, tobacco and alcohol;
judgement on poster drafts; bread consumption and knowledge about types
of bread; shopping habits; association test for brand names; attitudes
to a product test; conduct in traffic and knowledge about the Road
Traffic Act; opinion leadership in matters of consumption; pioneering
consumer behavior; listening level; radio commercials and television
commercials; judgement on the situation of Berlin; attitude to exchange
of newspapers between the two German nations; attitude to the social
market economy and freedom of the press; housing situation; rent costs;
social relations and contacts with West Germany; reading newspapers;
self-classification.
