Self-assessment of work habits, work attitude and work motivation as well as personal work situation and situation in life by working people in combination with 3rd-party assessment of level of achievement, ability and behavior through the respective collective leader. Topics: Question part for production workers: length of belonging to work collective; activity exercised and duration; shift work; influence of selected personality traits and behaviors on achieving high performance (scale); degree of necessary knowledge and abilities for task fulfillment; condition of health; satisfaction with work results and reasons for dissatisfaction; importance of occupation characteristics (scale); characteristics of job situation (scale); nerve stress and its causes; conditions for work performance; personal reaction at not achieving work performance; negative sides of work; improvement recommendations and reasons for submitting them; assessment of the situation in world politics; stand on work discipline (scale); amount of overtime monthly; special shifts; willingness to work with new technology; position on collective (scale); cooperation in the collective; participation in plan and competition discussions; degree of expression of characteristics of collective; stand on poor work of colleagues; relationship between collective and leader; necessary improvements of this relationship; necessary cooperation of members of the scientific-technical intelligentsia in the transfer phase; fair pay; level of achievement figures; evaluation and recognition of work performance (scale); possibilities to achieve higher income; innovator recommendations in the last two years; honorary functions within and outside of the company and time expended for this; agreement of training occupation and current activity; desired characteristics and concepts of life; occupation of father at time of personally leaving school; influence of parents on one's learning...
