Abstract

The project documents and analyzes factors that were crucial for the establishment of CEPI in 2017, an international coalition that finances and coordinates the R&D of vaccines against infectious diseases that have the potential to become pandemics. The study uses an analytical framework from political science and international politics, and this is an empirical study.
