Abstract

Objective of the study is to survey users’ satisfaction with the services of ADP (Slovenian Social Science Data Archives) and to put forward recommendations for improvements. We are aware that user satisfaction is only one possible performance indicator for assessing the quality of organizations. When designing the measurement instrument we modelled ourselves on previous surveys among similar organizations abroad, as well as user satisfaction surveys conducted in libraries and statistical organizations. Quality of offered materials and well as services does influence the trust of users. Quality is important at all steps in the workflow of the organization. These steps are related to different costs in organization and the task of management is to balance between costs and quality. Objective of the study is to survey users’ satisfaction with the services of ADP (Slovenian Social Science Data Archives) and to put forward recommendations for improvements.
