present work up to now; duration of living in Ouagadougou; former
activity as apprentice, as worker in other trades, as industrial worker
or as farmer; duration of these activities; former unemployment; number
of employees, day labourers, assistants and apprentices in the
enterprise; co-partners and owner of enterprise; number of employees
during the last two years; problems which impede the development of
trade and commerce; kind of book-keeping; membership in associations
