Abstract

The Travel Survey (The Travel and Holiday Survey until 2019) is a continuation of Statistics Norway's Omnibus Survey that was conducted between 1992-2004. The Travel and Holiday Survey is conducted four times a year, once every quarter. The main purpose of the survey is to establish Norwegians travel habits as well as to gather other official statistics. In addition to data on Norwegians' travel habits, data is also collected on cross-border trade, use of tobacco and alcohol, use of the Internet and information technology, firewood, influenza vaccine and attitudes to immigration. Some topics are included every quarter, while others are included only once. This is the person file + ICT. A person file and a travel file is also available for order.
