Abstract
The job situation and course career of civil servants and employees in
the civil service.
Topics: Detailed determination of occupational career and social
origins; official and honorary activities; participation in career
examinations; vocational training; horizontal and vertical occupational
mobility; earlier occupations; initiator of promotions; change of
subject area and change of employer; adaptation difficulties and
prospects of promotion with career change; desire for promotion and
promotion prospects; assessment of occupation possibilities outside of
the civil service; judgement on the promotion and evaluation practice
in the civil service; assessment of previous and future occupational
career; previous fulfillment of personal occupation expectations and
occupation desires; work satisfaction and satisfaction with income;
occupation of father and as appropriate his employment in a government
office; judgement on the job of the staff council for civil servants;
frequency of differences of opinion between the staff council for civil
