Health consciousness and health habits. Use of Semi-luxury foods, tobacco and alcohol. Degree of familiarity and use of brochures from the Bundeszentrale fuer gesundheitliche Aufklaerung {Federal Center for Health Education}. Topics: satisfaction with leisure time; rough leisure time budget for weekdays; vacation in the last year; length of vacation; a portion or the entire year´s vacation; leisure activities on working days as well as on Sundays and holidays; wishes for information on health questions; degree of familiarity and judgement on importance of health education actions; type of health complaints in the last four months; general judgement on personal condition of health (scale); personal measures to maintain good health; observing one´s own health; frequency of visits to a pediatrician, a general practitioner as well as specialists in the last three months; frequency of purchases of medications with and without prescription; over the counter medication purchased; participation in medical check-ups; subject area of the doctor conducting the medical check-up; positive or negative diagnosis in the medical check-up; participation in medical check-ups for children and their outcomes; characteristics of persons with ´enviable good health´; frequency of weighing; weight; height; knowledge about the basic material of human nutrition and knowledge of foods containing much protein, many carbohydrates and hidden fats; familiarity of the term Mischkost {balanced diet}; participation in group meals and judgement on these meals; attitude to calorie information on food packages and menus in restaurants; knowledge about the consequences of overweight; attitudes to the topic nutrition and food (scale); daily use of alcohol; frequency of ´being inebriated´ in the last fourteen days; occasions at which one drinks a lot; use of tobacco products; earlier use of tobacco products; time period of doing without tobacco; procedure at quitting smoking; number of cigarettes smoked...
