Abstract

Analysis of influence of shift work on working and living conditions of production workers. Topics: Sense of well-being in work collective; expectations of a work collective (scale); assessment of level of working and living conditions in the company (scale); social functions; degree of fulfillment of expectations of a work collective (scale); current exploitation of capacity to achieve; willingness to accept new tasks; regular work forces; equipment of workplace with modern facilities; demands of a satisfactory workplace such as good collective relations, good opportunities to earn, interesting job task, recognition in collective and by the leader, occupational advancement, independence, decision-making authorities; solidarity with work; interest in tasks going beyond one's own work area; satisfaction with selected sides of work; measurability of individual and collective performances; stand on computer-supported work; achievement reserves of collective; assessment of fulfillment and significance of the following figures for the company: merchandise production sold, year plan, quality of products, profit, export, work productivity, reduction of costs, working and living conditions; reasons for striving to achieve; assessment of personal task fulfillment and quality; shift work; duration of shift work; shift work of partner; shift work of acquaintances and friends; opportunities to work normal shift; opinion on necessity of shift work; readiness for shift work and conditions for it; need for family life, partnership, children, friends, time for family and oneself, good relations with relatives; employment of partner; satisfaction with selected areas of life; residential status; efforts to improve housing situation; presence of a sufficiently quiet place to sleep and work; number and ages of children in household; frequency of illness of children; care of children; additional income; expenditures for residence, car,...
