Abstract

Oxford Research conducts customer impact surveys for Innovation Norway (IN) in collaboration with Social and Business Research (SNF). The surveys include companies that have received services from Innovation Norway in the years from and including 2003. For each year, a pre-survey is conducted one year after the service was given and a follow-up survey four years later. Innovation Norway offers products and services that will contribute to developing the districts, increasing innovation in business throughout the country and profiling Norwegian business and Norway as a destination. The purpose of the customer impact surveys is twofold. First, there is an internal purpose that involves improving and further developing Innovation Norway’s activities. Second, there is an external purpose that answers the question “what have we got for our money?”. The survey covers the following areas: General about the project for which support is sought Organization and implementation of establishment Innovation Norway’s support’s importance for strategy, competence and network Innovation Norway’s support’s results and effects General about Innovation Norway Background information Innovation Norway was established on January 1, 2004, and is a merger of former SND, Norwegian Export Council, Norwegian Tourist Board and State Guidance Office for Inventors.
